Shipping Info

Orders received before 14:00 should be dispatched that day.

UK Deliveries

UK Standard Delivery via Royal Mail (£4.50) - Fully tracked signed for service within 2-3 working days. Please note all deliveries require a signature. If you are unable to sign for the delivery then a calling card will be left to rearrange if the delivery or pick up from your local Royal Mail depot.

UK Next Day Delivery via DHL (£7.00) - The same service as above but now available on Saturdays. Please note, all deliveries require a signature and orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed before 14:00, or they will be despatched the next working day. Please enter your mobile number during the checkout, so DHL can keep you updated with your delivery.

Free Standard Delivery for orders over £100 (Free) – We offer free standard delivery for UK despatches with an order value of £100 and over.

International Deliveries

International Signed for Delivery via Royal Mail (£15.00) - Fully tracked signed for service which delivers to most countries within 3-10 working days. Please note all deliveries require a signature.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with the products you purchase from us, but if, for any reason you want to return anything, we have a hassle-free returns procedure…

Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received the goods. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period or notify us in writing, or email us at enquiries@realmandempire.com. If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within this 14 day period, you have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.

We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn, saleable condition with all original tags attached.

Simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note: The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. Always keep a copy of your proof of postage.

We can only exchange goods for those of the same value and all refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred (only if available).

Only products purchased from our online shop (www.realmandempire.com) should be returned to the address above. Products purchased from anywhere else should be returned back to the original place of purchase.

Realm & Empire are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose your information to third parties unless it is part of providing a service to you.

By using this site you agree that we may hold and use the personal data which you supply to us concerning you in accordance with this privacy policy.

We will use the personal information to supply goods and/or services to you (as appropriate), to contact you as required and to arrange payment through your relevant credit or debit card.

We do not sell trade or rent your personal information to others.

If you have made a purchase on our website or subscribed to our newsletter you will receive marketing communications from us. On every mail we send you will have the option to unsubscribe. Alternatively you can change your preferences by logging into your account online.

Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to any third party without your express authority, save where disclosure is reasonably required for our business purposes (for example to any courier firm used to deliver goods to you or as part of a genuine reconstruction or sale of the whole or a substantial part of our business undertaking) or as set out below. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Personal information will be held at our offices and for the purposes of processing payment (and maintaining records of the same) may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

All transactions are made securely via PayPal Pro. Payment details are not stored on any server or network by Realm & Empire.
